OWEN Warner appears to have taken the next steps in his relationship with Jemma Donovan by getting the approval of her famous father.
Earlier this month, the Hollyoaks actor, 23, fuelled speculation he is in a relationship with the pop legend’s daughter after joining them on a family holiday.
He joined Jemma, 23, and dad Jason, 54, and their loved ones on an intimate trip to Italy.
Now it appears the Especially For You hitmaker has given his Instagram-official seal of acceptance to the pair’s dating.
He is now following the I’m A Celeb star on the social media site.
Jason, showing his affection for Owen, took things one step further as he commented on the pair’s holiday snaps in Mallorca.
Alongside a collection of sun-soaked images showing the pair enjoying some quality time together, Jason wrote: “Gorgeous.”
Owen has also been quick to comment on Jason’s holiday snaps.
Alongside one showing them strolling down a pretty cobbled street, the Channel 4 star wrote: “Here’s me thinking you were taking a nice photo of me in the sun.”
Owen and fellow Hollyoaks star Jemma previously sparked rumours they were in a relationship last month with a series of cosy selfies.
The pair met on the set of the Chester-based serial drama after Jemma joined the cast as social media influencer Rayne at the end of last year.
A source told The Sun: “Owen seems to have gotten the Donovan family seal of approval after they started following him on Instagram ahead of the trip.”
